Guard Rewards
Guards receive a variety of perks working with Pono Security. Aside from a competitive salary, we also offer rewards points and advanced personal and professional training. Points are accumulated over time and exchanged for a multitude of name-brand and necessary items. Points can also be given to a guard for exemplary performance or gifted by one guard to another for their assistance.
